Preparation & Cooking Instructions
Conventional Oven: 350 degrees F for 2 hours or until an internal temperature of 141 degrees F is reached. To brown top, open foil at end of cooking.
Convection Oven: 325 degrees F for 1 hour or until an internal temperature of 141 degrees F is reached.
